You will explore bacteria growth, contamination and cross-contamination, temperature control and the danger zone, as well as safe food storage, delivery, and display practices.
The course also covers effective cleaning, sanitising and waste management procedures, allergen awareness and food labelling requirements, legal responsibilities of food handlers, and essential record-keeping practices.
