Description
This is a social sewing group aimed to connect people in the community and to assist people from non-English speaking backgrounds who would like to improve their English whilst sewing.
The sole purpose of the group is to make Boomerang Bags. Boomerang Bags Glen Eira is a community driven project to make re-usable bags using recycled materials as a means to provide a sustainable alternative to plastic bags.
This course is run by volunteer who are there to guide participants (they are not teachers).
Note: This class is only to produce Boomerang Bags (no other sewing project).

Refund Policy
For fee paying students, a full refund will be given if the student cancels 5 working days prior to the course commencement date. Otherwise an administration fee of $20 will be deducted.
No refund will be given once a course has commenced, unless the student can provide evidence (medical reasons, personal problems, personal loss). In this case a refund will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
If a course is cancelled by GEALC, a full refund will be given.
