Creating From Imagination
When did you last let yourself imagine — not worry, plan or problem-solve, but truly imagine?
As we move through adulthood, life can become increasingly practical. Work, responsibilities, routines and screens fill our attention, and somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with the curiosity, creativity and sense of possibility that once made life feel exciting.
Creating From Imagination is an uplifting, experiential workshop designed to help you reconnect with that part of yourself.
Through gentle movement, music, reflection, journalling and playful creative exercises, we’ll step out of autopilot and explore what happens when we give ourselves permission to dream, create and imagine again. Activities may include free writing, drawing, movement, music and shared reflection in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Because imagination isn’t just for artists or children. It’s how we envision a different future, discover what matters to us, solve problems, see new possibilities and stay excited about life.
You don’t need to be creative. You don’t need to be good at art. You simply need to come with curiosity.
Come and rediscover what’s possible when you give your imagination room to grow.
