Description
This highly practical and widely applicable pre-accredited course will develop learners’ self-awareness and self-management abilities – particularly in relation to setting clear goals, communication, working effectively with others, and coordinating personal time / workflows / resources / priorities both in daily life and professionally.
This course will also improve participants’ confidence in their daily life skills overall – enabling them to interact more effectively with colleagues, friends, family and the wider community. This course gives participants the basic skills, knowledge and confidence to move into further training or accredited courses. It helps build skills in planning schedules, organising tasks, managing resources and communicating effectively in a range of everyday situations.
Learners must have an intermediate level of English to participate in this course (EAL Level 3).
