Hatha Yoga

Description

Hatha Yoga is a branch of Yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel vital force or energy.

Hatha is a Sanskrit. ‘ha’, meaning ‘sun’, and ‘tha’ meaning ‘moon’. Yoga means Union. So Hatha yoga involves bringing into balance these two sides of ourselves, the masculine and feminine, the outer and inner, active and passive, light and dark. Hatha Yoga invites you to connect with your body, calm your mind, and restore your natural flow of energy, promoting a sense of unity and overall well-being. Suitable for practitioners of all levels, this class offers a mindful and therapeutic approach to yoga that nurtures both physical and mental harmony.
