Description
This 45-hour course, delivered over two terms, builds on the knowledge gained in Developing Your Skills 3. Students will further enhance their digital literacy by developing advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Internet use, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The course focuses on increasing confidence, efficiency, and independence in using technology for both personal and workplace environments.

Refund Policy
For fee paying students, a full refund will be given if the student cancels 5 working days prior to the course commencement date. Otherwise an administration fee of $20 will be deducted.
No refund will be given once a course has commenced, unless the student can provide evidence (medical reasons, personal problems, personal loss). In this case a refund will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
If a course is cancelled by GEALC, a full refund will be given.
