In February 2024, GEALC moved to its new home at 169A McKinnon Road, McKinnon (next to the McKinnon Station).
This incredible new space was made possible by the State Government’s level crossing removal project at McKinnon Road. Throughout 2023, GEALC worked closely with Glen Eira Council and VicTrack to negotiate a lease for the site at 169A McKinnon Road, McKinnon. We are extremely grateful for this wonderful opportunity and we absolutely love our new home.

Where are GEALC’s 2024 Classes run from?
All computer, job ready and wellbeing classes are run at 169A McKinnon Road, McKinnon
The majority of our EAL classes will run from 169A McKinnon Road, McKinnon and some classes will be held at Carnegie Library 7 Shepparson Ave, Carnegie (see our brochure for more details).
Do we still run classes at Ormond?
No, we will no longer have classes at Ormond. ALL Ormond classes have moved to McKinnon.
Are classes still run at Carnegie Library?
Yes, we will continue to run classes in Carnegie on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in 2024 – see our brochure for more information.
