This uplifting 10-week course is for people from all walks of life who want to feel rejuvenated and re-energised. Don’t hold yourself back from releasing your emotional tensions, increasing concentration and awareness and decreasing stress. This gentle exercise will help you to achieve a healthy body/mind through fluid movements, stretching & breathing techniques.
Yoga
A gentle paced yoga class that facilitates deep relaxation and breathing in order to restore, renew and heal the body. This class will gradually strengthen your core and build your outer and inner balance as well as improve your flexibility and inversion.
Drawing & Painting
This stimulating 8-week course is for people from all walks of life who can come together to enjoy art whilst developing their skills and confidence.
Don’t hold back from something you’ve always wanted to do. Learn to draw and paint whilst exploring different art forms in this welcoming and supportive class.
Basic art materials will be provided.
